Need support adding a colleague to the Jive User group

Hi Lauren Vescera

 

I was directed to this site AureaWorks Customer Hub Access Request in order to request access on behalf of my colleague tiffanycheung however the request access link leads me to a page that is unauthorized so I cannot continue with the process.

 

Can you please advise how I can proceed without that particular access and/or would you be able to grant her permission into the Jive User group on my behalf? As she is new to our team she will require this access in order to investigate via documentation or support questions for our user base.
