Maven Project Build Lifecycle Mapping Problem

I created a new plugin by following the Maven: How To Create a New Maven Projectdocumentation:

mvn archetype:generate -e -B -DarchetypeGroupId=com.jivesoftware.maven -DarchetypeArtifactId=maven-jive-plugin-archetype -DarchetypeVersion=6.0.x-SNAPSHOT -DgroupId=com.ehi.plugin -DartifactId=ehi-tac-plugin

I import the project into Eclipse Juno with the m2e plugin installed. I immediately get two errors in pom.xml that show up as Maven Problems:

DescriptionResourcePathLocationType
Plugin execution not covered by lifecycle configuration: org.codehaus.mojo:aspectj-maven-plugin:1.3:compile (execution: default, phase: compile)pom.xml/ehi-tac-pluginline 79Maven Project Build Lifecycle Mapping Problem
maven-dependency-plugin (goals "copy-dependencies", "unpack") is not supported by m2e.pom.xml/ehi-tac-pluginline 148Maven Project Build Lifecycle Mapping Problem

How do I fix these errors in eclipse?
