BiographyTed Hopton is Director of Social Business at McGraw-Hill Education, where he is responsible for evolving McGraw-Hill Education's online employee community, EDge, into a core part of the company's cultural fabric. As part of the communications team, he works with leaders throughout the organization to understand their social business needs, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that add business value. His work has been cited in Forrester Research case studies, as well as Charlene Li’s book, Open Leadership: How Social Technology Can Transform the Way You Lead and Josh Bernoff's book, Empowered.
