Every good website has a site map, so why not your Jive place?
You can build your own directory by creating a document and adding a table. I personally like to have two columns - one for the title and link and the other for a brief description about the link. This will help guide your team to the right information without forcing them to click through multiple links to find what they're looking for.
Here is an example that you can use to start your own Directory:
You can make a copy of the example listed above for your own group by opening the link and clicking on Create a Copy along the right side. Make sure to change the publication location to your group. Hint: You can check mark the box Minor Edit before you publish, so your group followers won't be sent a notification about the publication of your directory.
If it's a relatively short site map, you could even use a document and - using a Document Viewer tile (from 3:45)- display it at the bottom of a page to simulate a web page site map. You can see an example at the bottom of the The specified item was not found. space.
