We have noticed that looking at our inboxes, no messages are showing up that are more than 6 months old. Is anyone else having this problem with missing messages?

I've tried to reset my password and set up a new account on support.aurea.com a few times, and have yet to receive anything to allow me to add in a support ticket.

No error, just no email ever comes through. And yes, I've checked my spam folders. My email is email@example.com
