The manuals or admin guides don't say anything about what systems are compatible for CRM.phone (not so far I could find it).
So is there some experience with this phone system?
Also this company want's to have a few reports:
- How long is the caller waiting before answer?
- How long is the caller on hold while transfering?
- Total amount of time (even when transfering)?
Are such reports possible when using CRM.phone?
