Report of Activation via API

I have a client who is looking to pull a report that will show all users who have been activated or re-activated for the last 10 days.


Going over the API documents I see some information or created/modified and other information.  However, re-activation seems to be very specific and I am not seeing a datapoint for just this action.  Is there a way to obtain this. Activation seems different from a create or an update.  Perhaps I am missing something in the document.  Is this possible?
