Does anyone know why the "community Manager Reports" won't update the metrics. For out community website, It is stuck at Oct.11.
I experienced the same but after manual trigger one day, it is working good now.
if you are on prem/hosted, you may run the ETL job manually from here :
admin console > system > settings > analytics > data load > 'Run'
I followed the steps, however after hitting analytics, I don't have further options. Any further advice?
