Customize Your Privacy Settings

When you became a member of JiveWorks, your profile was set up with established privacy settings to protect certain pieces of private information such as your name, company, and email address. As a result, people can only see your avatar photo and user name upon registration. In order to expand your settings and allow for greater visibility to you and your profile, you will need to customize your privacy settings in your Profile.


From the Personal Menu (under your avatar image), select Edit Profile to see the Privacy tab:


  • Click on the Privacy tab.  This allows you to edit your profile visibility based upon the relationship of others to you. In order for Jive to adequately support you in your secret support group, we recommend your profile name, telephone number, location, company name, and email have privacy settings set to "Registered Users."
  • Be sure to click Save at the bottom in order to save Privacy changes.
