In the The Onboarding Class, you will be the driver of your learning experience. Sure, the community managers will periodically check in and see how everyone is doing, and provide webinars and other class events, but in the end, you are the driver to keep your learning on track.

You can launch into the learning at any time (on your first day, or after your first month). We think that once you've decided how you like to learn in Discover the Three Ways to Learn that you are more likely to stay on track.

Tips for staying on course

  • Set up time like a 1/2 hour appointments each week to complete some of the learning coursework.
  • Set up a goal for yourself such as asking a question in the Onboarding Class or meeting another community member in your situation.
  • Decide on your north star. Spend some time thinking about and writing down your biggest goals in your community. Asking these questions in this group or the greater JiveWorks community will help motivate and move you forward. By staying focused on your end goal, your north star, you will discover that all of this initial learning is for a purpose, so you can get your entire community closer to success.
