Follow These Five Channels

To help you navigate the many channels of information available from Jive both here in JiveWorks and on the Internet, we've compiled this list of suggestions:


  1. Bookmark Jive Software Status and subscribe to updates about our service status including JiveWorks and your community.
  2. Bookmark our Product Documentation web page for information about using and managing Jive.
  3. Request to join the Customer Hub here: Are you a customer? Request customer-only access today.
  4. Follow Jive-n & Jive-x  for announcements of official product releases. If you have customer-access, then check the Cloud Release Center or Hosted/On-Premise Updates.
  5. Bookmark your company's MyJive secret support group within JiveWorks.


Please note that your primary form of communication regarding Cloud upgrades and/or outages will be via email to the admins and community managers indicated for your site.
